Fire Retardant Topcoat - Latex, Interior, Flat (MPI Gloss Level 1)
A water based, latex type, pigmented finish coating for interior surfaces. Used in residential, commercial, public and industrial buildings. Specifiers and users of this coating should refer to manufacturer’s technical data for specific surface preparation, application recommendations and limitations. When applied as a topcoat over a Class A base coat, this material will provide a Class A rating (NFPA-101).
