MPI 500 Series Set of Industrial Performance Standards – PDF Download
The MPI 500 Series Standards are for use in numerous aspects of work involving specialized Department of Defense (DoD) Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) facilities as well as shoreline structures and construction. Currently the MPI 500 series encompasses four systems and six standards:
- MPI #500 – Epoxy, Interior Steel Fuel Tank Coating, Primer
- MPI #501 – Epoxy, Interior Steel Fuel Tank Coating, Contrast Topcoat
- MPI #505 – Low VOC, Polysulfide, Modified Epoxy Novolac Coating
- MPI #510 – Zero–VOC, Self–Priming, Splash Zone Coating (SZC)
- MPI #515 – Non–Zinc, Epoxy Barrier Coating, Flexible
- MPI #516 – Fluoropolyurethane, Steel Structure Exterior, Topcoat
